I bought Nature’s Way Maca Root to help with weight gain, and it honestly worked. I take 3 a day and it really boosts my appetite. I’m now eating 3 full meals and snacking in between, which I couldn’t do before. I’ve always struggled with gaining weight, but this is the only thing that’s made a real difference. No side effects at all.Also, my periods have been a lot better lately — less pain, more manageable. Not sure if it’s from the Maca or the raspberry leaf tea I’ve been drinking, but either way, I’ll keep using both. Already buying 2 more bottles!

Worked wonders
I’ve been taking this daily along with Kelp and Selenium. My problem is my thyroid. Sometimes I get bursts of energy where I feel fantastic, I am full of energy, and I love everything. Most of the time, however, no amount of sleep can help, I have to push myself to be happy, and all I want to do is eat. I swear even looking at food makes me gain weight during this time.After about a month I noticed I was able to get out of bed without feeling that horrible fatigue in my bones. I even felt a little bit brighter. The last time I felt this way was when I was living in France. On that thought, I decided to change my diet to mostly organic and whole foods. The food I had while living in Europe wasn’t loaded with the GMOs or pesticides that ours is. I spent the next month in what felt like detox, getting some strange sickness almost every couple of days. Still, every day I had a bit more energy.It’s been three months now. I wake up early without any trouble. I do not need caffeine throughout the day. I am even falling asleep faster and enjoying deeper sleep! My mood has been exceedingly vibrant, my skin is clearer, and I’ve steadily been losing weight.I do believe my hormones were to blame. With the three additional supplements and diet change, I feel better than I have in years. I also love the smell.

Great Product
I am in Perimenopause and I have been having issues with my hormones. Periods are out of whack and I was an emotional rollercoaster. I was always angry and emotional, wanted to escape myself. Read about Maca and figured I would try it, tried everything else. I took my first 500mg pill after dinner the day my shipment came and about an hour later I felt funny….the funny feeling I had was that I wasn’t angry or emotional I felt NORMAL!!!!!!!! I have been on it for only a few days and have not had any hormone related anger/emotional outbursts….!!!!!!I would recommend this to any woman dealing with Peri menopause. I have my son taking it now for his acne, I read it can clear your skin. I will update later IF this works for him or not.

Wonder vitamin
We’ll so far I have been taking this product 2 pills in the morning and 1 pill in the evening. I suffered from chronic fatigue and I must say that I have felt mor energetic in the past three days. I have been more focused thru out the day. Now I bought this product to help with my PMS and bloating as well as to obtain some increase in weight to my lower half. When I started I was about two weeks prior to my period and I have notice that my bloating has gone away, I have no cramps and my normal signes of depression have significantly decreased. I haven’t gained any weight at this time but please be aware that I am a nurse and any expected weight gain could take up to 3-6 week to start to take effect. I will check back in in one mom to update you on my current status but so far so good.

Finally Some Relief To Adult Acne!!!
I read an article someone posted on the Pinterest app that this product can help you balance your hormones, help clear up your skin, help with infertility, stamina, etc…I’ve been having adult acne problems for the last two years and have tried just about EVERYTHING! So I gave this a shot after researching it and reading reviews on it – good and bad. Initially, this product did not seem to help my acne. It almost seemed to bring out more blackheads than ever! But I decided – like all vitamins – you may have to take it for a while before you start seeing results. After two months of taking these in addition to continuously using my current face wash (day and night), spot treatment and fade cream (for dark spots/scars left from old bumps), I am starting to have clearer skin! My skin is starting to even out, my breakouts are 1 pimple MAYBE every other week, and my blackheads are almost down to a minimum. I am so happy with some a cheap alternative to these expensive face washes and acne care kits out. I will definitely continue to use this product!
