I never want to run out of these!
I consider these bars a real find!They have a reasonable number of calories, a good amount of protein, and they’re chewy, chocolate-y, and delicious.They’re awonderful cure for my post-breakfast 10:00 a.m. hungries.One of these bars plus some cold Ozarka brings me out of my mid-morning slump and keeps me going until lunch time.I’ve bought these more times than I can count, and I never found them to be anything other than fresh and tasty.I wish they cost a bit less, but otherwise they’re perfect.

It’s crazy how much some of these protein bars cost these days, but these are 57 cents each if I remember correctly. Only 10 grams of protein, but I get the good effect during my bike rides. They taste good as well. Repeat buyer.

Has Soy isolate may cause intestines to clog up. Not easily digestable
It’s bio engineered.It tastes good sometimes but other times it has a chemical aftertaste.For those with digestion issues this product is not good.I am unable to digest soy isolate properly. This product has soy isolate.It does not process through the intestines very easily at all.Like other products with soy isolate it can clog the digestion system.

The two boxes of cereal bars were packed into a plastic bag with absolutely no protection, so the boxes and contents were smashed during delivery. The expiry date of 3rd December is also very short. Learning point – do not order food items online.
