Great Product!!
I’ve taken many men’s one a day vitamins and supplements and have never really been able to tell a difference. I did a lot of research on this product and went out on a limb and bought it. I’m so glad I did. I can really tell a difference. I’m a person that gets very little sleep. I always have felt drained all day. I drank energy drinks for years but stopped due to the health risk. With this ALL NATURAL vitamin, I feel so awake, alive and alert. I have so much more focus through the day. I’ve had several health issues for a while but notice they are now very minimal and now controlled without medications. I’m so glad I found this and would highly recommend it to others.

I use both this product for men 50+ and source of life gold multi and really fell they both represent two of the best multi vitamin-mineral whole food supplements available.This Whole Earth and Sea is a very well thought out supplement, with natural factors, farm fresh and you can feel the quality. They do a very good job with the amount of nutrients, whole foods, and only 2 tablets per day. Men, I recommend this product, take some time to research it and I think it is valuable for your overall health at our age over 50.It does not contain biotin, for whatever reason, but many biotin rich foods such as liver, other meats, egg yolks, dairy products, and avocado, nuts and seeds and also salmon.Give it a try if you are looking for a top quality multi for men over 50 and I think you will be very happy with this. Just look into it and do some research on how they make this supplement and read other reviews on this. Best wishes!

Saw another review that stated 50+ was better than the normal mens multi. I’m 20 and I got these. They probably are better and seem to give good energy through out the day. These are the best I could find on amazon. Not a bad price either. –Update– Been taking this for a few months now and I have nothing but good things to say. Ideally sourced and from a trusted small business. Still the highest quality, best raw mens multi I have found! Recommended.–Update 7/2/18– Ive been enjoying these for almost 2 years now along with a 99% non-gmo mostly organic plant based diet. I recently had several lab tests done on nutrients, blood, heavy metals, hormones etc. and I am in perfect health and have never felt better in my life! The functional medicine doctor was actually shocked at how high some of my nutrient levels were and asked me all sorts of questions about my diet. My mind is clear and focused, I sleep great, my completion is 10x better and all of my allergies, sinus problems, SAD, ADD, nervousness etc have vanished! Ive also been working out the last 6 months (full body HIIT) and have gained 10 lbs of pure lean muscle. I have a 6 pack now for the first time and have never looked or felt better. Truly amazing.
