Happy customer! Much better quality memory foam than I expected, especially for the price. I’m using this as a neck support in my recliner rather than as lumbar support, so I’m happy that the strap is plenty long enough to reach all the way around, and after adjusting the size, the elastic and buckle stay in place so that the pillow doesn’t slide around.

SO Misleading
What a disappointment. First of the “long”? Wow. I shudder to think how big the not long is, 2 inches?There’s also no stuffing in it, so it just squishes all the way down and does nothing. Zero support. The material is cheap as heck; flimsy and scratchy.Just don’t bother.

If your chair back is curved, it’s hard to use
Didn’t fit my chair well and uncomfortable. However, customer service was great. I tried to return it and they gave me my $ back and let me keep it. Gave it to a friend.

This back support pillow is ok. For me its too soft, I was expecting something more firm. since I am going to be resting my back against it, it needs to be firm. This one squishes down from the weight. The quality is fine. To make it shorter its a pain, its noy easy.

I had some old cushions (bed bolsters) I was using but these are really good. The material covers are good quality material and there is a strap to stop the cushions popping off when you get up from the chair. They are just the right size for my back and you can lift them to the right position for your back when you sit down.
