B12 injection patient happy with this product
For an unknown reason I rely heavily on vitamin b12 shots to be able to sustain my energy and things like my nervous system levels, and although this product has only 240% daily value of b12 it really makes a difference despite the fact that it’s oral and not injection of course. So I would recommend that other people who have a b12 deficiency might want to try supplementing the shots if applicable with this product. Naturally it gives an energy boost effect because things don’t feel for me as dysregulated after using it. This lasts for at least a few hours in my case. That’s for one packet dissolved into 32 oz of water. It dissolves easily it’s not clumpy or anything. The taste is great considering it’s not exactly fruit juice. And the ingredients seem to be of high quality.

Grape flavor is my favorite – consistently staying hydrated!
I have tried other flavors but i personally love the concord grape one as it tastes like grape kool-aid to me and doesnt have that “electrolyte powder flavor” which is usually kinda salty. I took this on my trip to Universal Studios Orlando this past October to keep hydrated when the days were supposed to be really hot and humid. it works great at making sure i’m hydrated. also they are easy to stick in a purse or backpack if you need to and quickly dissolves. I hope they never get rid of this flavor.i’ve also had a chance to use these when I had a cold recently and after drinking a whole bottle of water with this id always feel better since staying hydrated with water is the best “expectorant” there is. Will purchase again

Now I know what seaberries taste like. I think.
I use Liquid IV to offset the effects of my BP medication. Works great for that purpose. The powder dissolves easily with water and really tastes good.It gives me the minerals that I need to keep my blood tests in the normal range, which helps me to feel better, too. The flavor is great and there isn’t any obnoxious color dye in it. It just looks like slightly cloudy water.The taste is hard to describe, so I’m going to assume that’s what a seaberry tastes like. We don’t have seaberries in the upper Midwest, so I’m placing my faith in the manufacturer. It tastes good, is the basic review there.

Saltier flavor, but personally love
Liquid IV is fantastic and I purchase them regularly, the only reason this one is getting 4 stars is because of the flavor. I personally like it, but the rest of my household finds it more sour and salty than many other flavors available. I highly recommend not using the full serving pouch in one glass of water, I usually get away with about a third of the pouch and it is plenty strong, that way I end up drinking even more water too because it takes three cups to get through (it also makes it more cost effective!). I personally like that the watermelon one for its clear color, once dissolved it looks a lot more like normal water than other flavors. This means that I can stir some in without drawing suspicion!

Delicious electrolyte drink
This was a great value for the money and the reason why I opted to get it. I received 16 pouches, which I use half for 8 oz of water and the other half for another glass later. Due to the good value, I will be adding this to my regular shopping list of things to get. Even water alone just doesn’t seem to be enough. I like to enhance with electrolytes to help maintain a healthy body. The vitamin content on this brand is good and they have a good reputation. it is super easy to use just by adding it to your water. It is easy to mix and the taste is delicious. I have tried other flavors and not the lemon-lime, so I gave it a tried and I like it. It makes drinking water even better.It does contain cane sugar, which is fine for me, however if you have dietary constraints please check with your doctor first. I also believe they make a sugar-free version too.
