Perfect size in room! Lighting is bright and lamp fits good in room! Remote is nice to have! Easy to operate

Very helpful light.
Provides much better lighting than standard lightbulbs. It does seem to help “sundowners”, e.g. agitation and confusion when it begins to get dark outside. My problem is with the remote control and it’s settings. I directions I received were limited and inadequate to maximize its use.

This thing is simply awesome, especially on those gloomy days. I do think that there needs to be a warning with this light, however. You need to take it slow because you can overdose on it if you aren’t ready. I probably stayed under the bright light a little too long for starters because I was highly agitated for the day. Once I reduced my time to 15 minutes per day, I was fine. I’m not able to use it as long as I want without having any issues and best of all, I’m happy… So happy, that I’m purchasing a few of these as Christmas gifts.

Game changer, get up at 2 am for a 4:30 am to 1:30 pm scheduler. Always tired and unfocused. Using this lamp now feeling ready for the day and tired at night. Body clock magic!

Not recommended
It’s a bit confusing putting the lamp together. This therapy light seems not powerful enough for therapy. The wire design make it look not as good as advertised. I wouldn’t recommend this product.
