This is actually ACCURATE if you use it right
Many people are saying the scale is unstable / volatile and the measurement results change even between consecutive measurements.However, I found a very interesting pattern from my own usage: this scale can very stable and often even stabler than normal scales IF you can “hold your breath” while measuring body composition.If you find your body composition value is very volatile between consecutive measurements, try holding breath while composition measurements (weight measurements won’t be affected by breathing obviously). And try not to inhale or exhale too much before holding breath. Just hold your breath naturally.The official instructions only says do not talk during the measurement, and they don’t explicitly say “hold your breathe “ but I assume talking / speaking affects measurement for the same reason.Hope this helps.

Game changer
The app leaves a little to be desired. I think it is trying to do too much but as a measurement device it is very good. It has helped me tweek my intake and exercise routine so that I have predominantly targeted fat loss and maintained muscle mass. Very helpful tool I use it every morning.

Good app, poor performance scale
I had this scale for a week. The app is really good, they give you a nice amount of measurements and the auto recognition feature of the scale is excellent for multiple user of the same house. The scale ia consistent in all the metrics, that means you’re able to track your progress every day. I’ve tried different protocols of measurement of body fat (30min after wake up, with water, without water, end of the day 4h after the last meal and so on), although they were consistent, it was always wrong. I have a body fat of 17% and the scale would give me 11 to 12% every time. It was consistent, but quite wrong. For some reason, it doesn’t happen with my wife. All of their measurements were consistent and accurate (28% BF).In the end, I decided to buy a Tanita RD-545. It’s a much much better acquisition than this one. If you are going to pay a nice amount of dollar in a scale, it should, at least, measure you BF correctly. Do not recommend this scale.

Accurate home product of the professional version without the cost. Provides plenty of data points around fat, muscle balance to assist you in measuring your effectiveness of weight and exercise programs.

Solid BEI scale
Does what it says it will do. Works well as long as you understand the idiosyncrasies of bioelectric impedance (BEI) body composition analysis. That’s also why I dinged it a star, though. They do not give you the ECW numbers to be able to determine how much hydration may be affecting the data on a particular measurement. That said, you’ve got it there at home, so you can figure out a consistent routine to try and take out the variability. Personally, every week or more, I wake up, get a drink of water and then my morning coffee. Let the coffee do it’s job and on my way back from the toilet, use the scale. Should be in about the same state each time that way so the data is more consistent. I have compared with the much more expensive gym unit and the numbers agree well, although I miss the segmental analysis.The app is … fine? It’s slow and does what it does with very little choice for you on how you want to use or look at the data, but it shows it to you and does show the trends over time.

Inconsistent measurements – infrequent connectivity issues
I wanted to like this thing. It tracks all sorts of measurements, gives you a nice historical graph of your progress, and is generally easy to use.However, while I know the “science” of measuring body fat in this manner can produce some varying results, I fully expected this scale to be consistent when it came to the weight aspect. I could stand on it, get a measurement, let it go back to sleep, stand on it again, and get a measurement that was 4 or so lbs different. This really made me question the accuracy of any of the measurements. I found myself deleting more and more entries from the historical graph just so it didn’t completely mess up the visual of overall improvement.We ended up relegating it under a cabinet somewhere and it’ll probably stay there until it pesters me about a low battery. Questionable accuracy
I’m not very trusting of the accuracy of this product. It’s impossible to trust something that gives you three VERY different bodyfat and muscle mass readings when you try it back to back to back. The instructions advise that you make sure that your hands and feet are slightly damp. When doing that, the results felt closer to what I expected, but I still don’t fully trust it. I had no problems with anything else. It connected to my app and wifi easily. The functionality is good. I will just have to see if I can build up some trust in the long term. For this price, I expect it to perform exceptionally.

Endlich mal eine funktionierende Waage. Bei jeder Messung ein einheitliches Ergebnis. So lässt sich eine Gewichtsänderung als Tendenz aufzeigen.Nach Withings, Garmin, Tanita, Omron, ist das nun meine bisher beste Waage. Auch die App funktioniert, wie sie soll. Ist halt ein Markenhersteller.Übrigens: auf meinem diesjährigen Besuch der Fitness und Bodybuildingmesse habe ich die Profiwagen von InBody benutzt. Auch das Ergebnis dieser Waage zu meiner jetzigen Inbody Waage zu Hause passt ungefähr.Daumen hoch

Do not order this scale, they will send you an H20. Considering this is being sold by official “Inbody India”, such a mistake is unacceptable. I would recommend to stay away unless you want to be defrauded.

As described and arrived promptly. Has all the connectivity features as described, linked with the app on multiple phones and body scan was easy to do. Seems accurate but not sure how to verify this.
