Great Salt Rock but Doesn’t Work
I loved the lamp and design but it’s not working. Plug it in, nothing. VERY disappointed. It amazes me because the salt rock itself is perfect. The container for oil is perfect. It was wrapped incredibly well so how could it not be working??? I don’t think a brand new salt rock diffuser should arrive not working. Makes me wonder if it was ever tested. If not for that I would have given it 5 stars. I am going to attempt to fix it but they did not make it easy to get to the bulb. Long Phillips screwdriver to go down the small center or thru the bottom but the bottom is glued on so I am hoping to get a screwdriver to the bottom. They needed to provide instructions for changing the bulb. Instructions provided has everything but that. If it doesn’t work back it goes and I’ll have to figure it out this week to return by end of December. So disappointed, was looking so forward to receiving and using it. The salt rock is great quality. If anyone has figured out how, on this design, to get to the bulb as easy as possible I would truly appreciate the details.

Mild fragrance from the essentual oil I used. Did not use the oil that came with it.
The color isnt as dark as my other salt lamps. And the one I am returning is white, I dont like the white salt lamp at all.I did not use the oil that came with it. It seems to be really cheap and it does not say its an essentual oil.I prefer to use an essentual oil.The little container that holds the oil is glass.While the fragrance is not very strong because the light is not very bright, I can still smell the aroma from it.I think it is good for the price.

Gorgeous colors! For the price, it was a steal! Just plugged it in and it is so pretty. The oil that came with it was not good at all and leaked in the bag ot was in but i just pitched it.

Doesn’t warm the oil
The first one that came wouldn’t light up, so I sent it back and the company replaced it. Lamp #2 lights up. I thought the light would be powerful enough to warm the essential oils in the little glass cup, but it’s not, so the oil just sits there. It would probably work better to get a regular style salt lamp and an oil diffuser. Even though it doesn’t work as expected, I’m still giving it 3 Stars because the glowing salt is pretty and the company made doing the exchange easy.

Look great and unique
I bought one and my wife loved it so much she got another one. Both totally different colors (1 is more traditional salt lamp other is lighter almost white) and shapes. Perfectly imperfect. We had an issue on second order they corrected it so quickly. Appreciate it

Disappointing salt lamp.
First one ordered was broken and didn’t work but had a switch on the cord to turn it off & on (very nice, if it worked). 2nd one came without the on/off switch (disappointing) but it was broken. The 3rd one worked for about 2 weeks. Bulb didn’t light, therefore, no heat for salt to work. Not sure if just burned out bulb or what.Too much difficulty.

When it arrived the boxes were damaged. There is no switch to turn it on and of or as it claims dim. But there is no dimmer switch, on top of all that this so called bulb doesn’t even heat up enough to burn the essential oils. So you can barely smell anything. Plus i wouldn’t know if we can replace these bulbs. It doesn’t look like they are. The bases aren’t flat at all they wobbl all over the place,

There is no dimmer on these. I bought to put essential oils in the top for a diffuser but the oils I put in are still just sitting there a week later. Doesn’t get hot enough. Wouldn’t buy again. This is basically a regular salt lamp with a hole in the top
