Miracle for peri-menopause
I just realized how much these Ashwagandha gummies have been helping my peri-menopause hormones 🤯. I’ve been taking it for two months and I just realized that I barely have to take sepia (homeopathic remedy that helps a lot with acute symptoms) anymore, except for the odd moment where I get overwhelmed, which is rare and much much less intense than it used to be. My moods are no longer fluctuating every day like crazy, hot flashes have all but disappeared, dryness issue has improved a lot. Nausea is gone, intense headaches are rare. And the period I just had was the easiest I’ve ever experienced – very little pms and ZERO cramping. I take them every night before bed and they also help me sleep better. You need two bottles for a month supply, which is about how long it takes to start seeing some results. What a miracle!

On my 3rd bottle. Let me tell you something. This knocked out my sweet tooth. Im not sure if it does anything else for me but it definitely stopped me from grabbing the sweets. I take 2 of these before bed and I get better rest. I tend to wake up often but I don’t wake up nearly as much since taking these. Very tasty, but very sticky.

I ordered 3 different Goli gummies. I received two today very fast shipping. When I opened them one already had the seal off of it. I do not trust that so I am going to have to return that one and get another one. I was afraid from the vinegar smell I wouldn’t like the apple. User vinegar one but it was really good.

Only a 15 day supply not 30
The gummies are really good but it’s advertised as a 30 day supply which it is not. You are directed to take 2 gummies twice a day which in total would be 4 gummies. With only 60 in a bottle that is a 15 day supply. Which makes these gummies extremely expensive if you are pairing them with the apple cider and other choices. I will probably explore other options on the market before repurchasing

Love this! They help when you’re stressed. If I feel my anxiety coming on, I’ll just take two of them. It seems to be helpful especially before bed. Helps me sleep well and I have a lot of skin sensitivities and doesn’t bother me at all. They taste great too. They taste like a gummy.
