My Go-To Pre-Workout

Solid Pre-Workout Option
I greatly enjoyed the flavor of this pre-workout and I didn’t get itchy fingers as I do with competitors. The scoop and storage container worked well and I didn’t have an issue of needing to jam my hands into sharp plastic to get the product out of it when below half full. The powder dissolves well and doesn’t leave any gritty texture unless you allow it to settle for a prolonged period without agitation.

Delicious flavor, same great results
Holy cow—this Orange Cream Ghost Pre-Workout is delicious! I tried it today after taking about a month-long break from pre-workouts (my usual flavor is Sour Patch), and it did not disappoint. I love orange cream flavor, and this one tastes spot-on. I did notice the tingling sensation I usually get from Ghost was a bit delayed, and the jitters were milder than before, but the energy and endurance were still there. I had a great workout and pushed through like always with this product.

Great taste – unsure if it’s the best?
I love Ghost energy drinks. Figured for the price I’d give their pre workout a shot. I have mixed results. The taste is definitely great I just have had some mild stim feeling and also not so much of a response to this. I may be slightly off or just used to very strong PWs. I usually scoop 80-90% of a full scoop. I’ll try to go just over a full scoop and see if there’s a stronger response. The first time I tried it I felt a little kick. But after using for almost a week I’m not feeling it as much. I will update my review. It’s a great buy for how expensive PWs are getting. But if you’re adjusted to stim style products this might be a little lighter for you at 1 scoop.

The Ultimate Pre-Workout for Dry Scooping — Tastes Just Like Welch’s Grape Jelly!
If you’re into dry scooping (even though I don’t recommend it), this GHOST Legend pre-workout in the Welch’s grape flavor is the ultimate choice. I swear, it tastes exactly like Welch’s grape jelly when you dry scoop it — weirdly nostalgic and intense!That said, the formula is solid: decent ingredients, a great price, and plenty of caffeine plus beta-alanine to really thrust you into your workout. I take this pre-workout in the morning, and it doesn’t just wake me up — it puts me into full throttle mode, ready to crush my gym session.If you want a flavorful and effective pre-workout (dry scoopers, I’m looking at you), this Welch’s grape flavor is a fun and powerful option.

MINE THE GRIP!
MIND THE GRIP: Just got mine and decided to open it up right away. Screwed the lid onto what I thought was good enough. Large jar so I picked it up by the lid, and about a third of my just received product ended up on the floor. (-$15) This is the first time of me buying such thing in said container and I can chop myself up to be more careful, but this is a warning to others out there. Make sure the lid is closed good! And maybe if you’re like Shaq or wanna use both hands, pick it up by the sides.Product tastes good though, left my head tingling for about an hour, that’s a little weird but ok.

I purchased the Blue Raspberry flavour and really love the taste, the pump I feel on this is better and longer lasting than other (more expensive) pre workouts I’ve tried. I feel stronger and more focused, the pump I get in my arms is ridiculous, and I’ve noticed considerably more vascularity. I was previously using Kaged Pre-Kaged, and IMO Ghost is superior is respect of pump during workouts and doesn’t seem to affect my sleep like Kaged does. I’m definitely buying more Ghost Legend when I finish this tub.

This might actually be the best all around preworkout. Really good doses of citrulline and caffeine and doesn’t make you crash like other preworkouts I’ve tried. lasted me through 2 hour workouts and gets you pretty fired up. Goated pre.
