Gaiam Yoga Block – Great for Kids’ Physical Therapy
I bought this yoga block for my child’s physical therapy sessions, and it’s been quite helpful. The non-slip surface provides excellent stability during exercises, which is crucial since my child practices barefoot. The colorful design makes it more appealing for kids too. I really appreciate how it’s the perfect size for small hands to grip during stretches, and while being lightweight, the firm yet comfortable foam supports different poses wonderfully. It’s also easy to clean after use.The only slight drawback is that the 4-inch height is a bit tall for my child’s foot positioning in some exercises, though this might vary depending on the child’s age and size. Overall, it’s a quality block that gets the job done for therapeutic use. With its durability and safety features, I’d recommend it to other parents for kids’ physical therapy.

Great for a minimal DIY flat bench lol..
I didn’t buy this for yoga. I don’t have space in the basement to store a foldable flat bench. I’ve been doing bench and flyes on a thick foot cushion but thought I’d try these instead. Works great for my shoulder width (I wear a t shirt S, 36 suit jacket). I put one the wide way against shoulder blades and one the short way right above it as a head rest. Good ROM. Not as soft as a cushion or a real flat bench but soft enough so it doesn’t feel uncomfortable. Still hard enough so it doesn’t just collapse. Currently just benching 80 lbs. it might give out at like +150 idk.

This is an excellent product. I bought it last week for my dance class and it work great. Also have the perfect size for my room, it is super easy to store. Btw works incredibly in the exercise because can hold my weight and body. Great product!!!!

Yoga block not just for yoga – but great for sitting too!
I’ve been doing yoga for 20 years and this is great for assisting with poses. However, I LOVE this block when I want to sit in an area where there isn’t a chair or when I’m packing and organizing stuff on the floor. This makes it WAY more comfy. The block is sturdy, high quality and more dense (which makes it more durable) and doesn’t feel like it’s old even after years. While these are a bit pricer than the foam type blocks, I prefer these because they last ages and you won’t need to replace them for a very long time. I’ve had my other block for 12 years and it’s in perfect condition!

So amazing. I use these to strech and practice my figure skating + gymnastics and balance. They are so firm and can take loads of weight.They were bigger then i thought they’d be, and really nice to use. Absolutely amazing.

Perfect for my beginner’s class
It is as expected. And the gray color is not depressing, as some grays can be. It looks just like all the other Gaiam brand products I see as I look around the class. I appreciate that it states “latex-free” as I am allergic to latex. The block is very light weight, yet supportive. The strap is long enough for use by us tall people.I couldn’t get to the store, so ordered it here. Came the next day for me! And that worked out perfect–as others in the new, beginner’s, class had to run to different stores as they were finding empty shelves.

Es un cubo muy cómodo y suave, también provee mucha firmeza para poder realizar actividades como yoga o entrenamiento de flexibilidad. La superficie es muy delicada, mi tortuga con subirse a él lo dejó todo rayado, recomiendo no dejarlo al alcance de las mascotas si quieren mantenerlo en perfecto estado. La decoración de los lados es muy bonita y la calidad alta.
