I really liked these bars. They have a frosting on a crunch bar. Delicious! I have diabetes 2 n sometimes I’ll eat one before bed because it helps to keep my blood sugar in check. All in all, I think purchasing these bars was a ‘Good thing” as Martha Stewart used to say.
