Warm and soothing
This feels incredible. My eyes tend to get dry and itchy and after using this, they feel better. Very soothing, and if it helps with fine lines, even better!

Good effect on my eyes
Impressed! This eye wand is compact. Its vibration feature packs a wallop in treating the areas around my eyes that need a boost of circulation, and warmth. Power button adjusts your modes. Easy to get the hang of. I chose the rose gold color and love it for its effectiveness. Good value. It is dainty and fits into a snack size zip lock bag for protection against dust and scratches, and for travel.

Works well, wish you could turn off red light as you can vibration
It works really well for my dry eye, which is why I bought it, definitely has been helping. My contacts are much more comfortable, four stars only because I wish you could turn off the red light if you want only heat I don’t like the fact that I can see the red light through my eyelid when I do the upper side and Weil it’s probably safe enough. I just would prefer if I could have the option to turn off the red light, otherwise seems to do with job for beauty purposes, and for function if you have dry eyes like me.

Works great and good battery life
Works great and the battery life seems quite long as I don’t have to charge it often. It heats up quickly and you can adjust the temperature. The heat and IR can be operated independantly by toggling the two buttons I use heat only for my eyelids to treat dry eyes and it works well. The heat and IR on my sore thumbs and fingers when I knit/crochet too much takes the pain away in one use.

Great for blepharitis!
I bought this to use for heat treatment for blepharitis. The masks did not work for me for so many reasons. This wand gets the heat directly onto the eyes, whereas masks do not. I can get direct heat, with massage (controlled pressure). There is a vibrating function for this but it can be turned off (I personally don’t like it). Heat range is nice, and I use the highest temp comfortably- no chance of a burn and the skin around my eyes is very thin/sensitive. I love that I can have one eye open so I can at least watch tv during this mundane task! Only downside is the red light cannot be turned off.

Stopped working after at most 20 times
Totally useless. Add me to the list of reviewers who say this will not hold a charge. I’ve had it for only 2 months, and used it maybe 20 times at most and now it won’t hold a charge. I did like it while it was working, but now it’s just going in the trash.

Sleek smooth device that heats real well.
Just received this and had to give 5 stars immediately! I love this thing – it exceeds my hopes for what I was hoping for. I have dry eyes from flogged ducts and I’ve been using the heated mask but it’s not enough. I’m hoping that this infrared heat and soft vibration and getting right into the corners of my eyes will work better. It is perfect! Smooth and rounded and shaped perfect to do just that and glide across my lids closer to the ducts!! It feels slick and smooth and gentle and it really heats well!!! So maybe I can get the wrinkles at the same time!Price was right and I highly suggest for skin or eyes.!!

Performs as described
I ended up discontinuing this product because the surface area is too big. As a result the entire under eye area gets treated to the heat and vibration. I’m afraid this will break up the underlying fat pads and I don’t want to experience hollowness a I age.
