Best heating pad I’ve ever used
Best heating pad I’ve ever purchased in 20 years. I have a degenerating spine so I’ve gone through many heating pads over the years. Very flexible, large, heats up fast, soft, with a nice long cord. I’ve accidently scrunched this up when I fell asleep laying on it but no wires broke and it is still working after 18 months of almost daily use. Be careful using the highest setting. It gets too hot if you are laying on it (which of course you are not supposed to do.) ; )

This is a fantastic pad. I was truly impressed by the quality of the fabric, and it feels heavenly on my skin. It is really well made.I am so glad I found this – it is great for my sore muscles and my injury recovery.The cord is long enough that I can use it on the couch or in my bedroom lying in my bed without using an extension cord. I like that I can choose from several heat levels.I also like that it shuts itself off after a time so that I can nap or sleep without worrying about using it for too long.

I used this for my restless leg and cramps and works great for both. Heat setting gets really hot and heats up quickly. Soft to touch as well. Love this heat pad.

Huge, soft, and comfy — but washing and storage are tricky
I love how big and soft this is — the size is impressive, and it’s very comfortable. The manual says it’s washable, but I’m nervous because it’s not a removable slipcover; you have to put the entire thing in the washer and then let it air-dry completely. The directions are written in poor English and aren’t very clear, so I worry that important care details may have been lost in translation. It also says to store it flat, which is easier said than done when the item is this large — there’s just nowhere practical to do that. Overall I really like it, but I wish the instructions were clearer and more realistic about care and storage.

Turns itself down after about 20 minutes
So I have reread all the information included with this heating pad and nowhere does it say that after about 20 minutes on level 6 that it will turn down to level 3. It’s not the end of the world, but just annoying. Also it only heats up fast if you start on 6. Starting on 4 it only heats up to about level 3, and slowly. Im not sure if this is how it’s meant to work or if mine is faulty. I will say the price is great and it’s very soft on both sides.
