shipping delay, excellent customer service
ordered these dumbbells on july 8th during the prime sale when they were discounted by over a 100 dollars. great deal. ordered july 8th, was supposed to arrive july 16th i believe. july 16th comes and my order still has not moved according to tracking. reach out to customer support and they respond within 24hrs. update me on the situation. offer me a 20 dollar discount for the trouble. after that, tracking updates and i receive my dumbbells on the 21st. despite the delay in shipping, the dumbbells arrived in perfect condition. nice and secure. also, i hope they continue to use FedEx. the person i spoke to said they had some issues with them (and i believe another reviewer or someone also mentioned a shipping issue but idk if that person also had FedEx as their carrier) but anything is better than switching to UPS. please, anyone but UPS.with that out of the way, i’ll speak on these dumbbells for a bit. you don’t need an in depth review from me, i’m sure you’ve researched adjustable dumbbells to a nauseatingly degree. but if you landed on these and purchased them, purchase with confidence. they are QUALITY. i did have two concerns when purchasing them though so i’ll address those just in case anyone else has similar ones:1. the knurling or grips on the handles being subpar. i believe coop from garage reviews stated this, but they feel fantastic to me. super grippy. there will be no slipping with these2. grip width. i don’t not have big hands by any stretch. they’d definitely border on the smaller side. multiple YT people have said they are a bit chunkier than normal ones, and they are correct. they are *slightly* fatter. but my hands can grip them easily with no issues. so, for me anyways, as someone with not the largest hands i can handle them with no issuesin closing, incredible dumbbells and even better customer support. and that’s something you definitely want when purchasing something like this. there are actually quite a few “versions” of this exact dumbbell rebranded under different names. i’m sure they function identically. but with eisenlink, at least you know you have a company that will stand by their product. their customer support was quick, clear communications and super helpful. sometimes you reach out to certain customer support places and they have no clue what the hell is going on

Great addition to home gym!
Such a great product with virtually unlimited potential unless you’re a pro strongman. Love how solid the dumbbells feel and the ease of loading and unloading weight! Never have to worry about these breaking unlike many systems sold online. Pretty solid investment if you want dumbbells that can be loaded well beyond 100lbs each while saving money and space. Can even stack weight with the starter 50lb dumbbell to make a 80lb dumbbell for heavy movements such as a goblet squat or single arm bent over row to save money initially

MUST BUY FOR HOME GYM
(This is the Son of the owner of this Amazon account). I literally never review anything so if you are reading this then you have to give these dumbbells a shot. I was VERY surprised at how good quality and sturdy these dumbbells are. They are simple to use and I haven’t found the time it takes adjusting the dumbbells to be annoying. The only “complaint” is the knurling on the handles could be a little grippier but otherwise these far exceeded my expectations.

Amazon doesn’t understand how to clearly convey multiple shipped items in one purchase. I got the second package a couple days later, despite Amazon telling me I received the whole order. I contacted the seller with my concern and only received a response after I received the second package; I’m sure this is not an uncommon concern they have to deal with often so I’m surprised there is no clear text in the description that describes this (but here I present my review).These dumbbells are awesome; it’s easy to add and remove weights, and the square design is great if you travel a lot. They’re a little larger than I was hoping for, but I appreciate the weight. $500~ is quite steep but the adjustability makes it all worthwhile. The quality is definitely lower than I expected for what you pay, but it looks good enough to last for more than decades of use if you’re able to treat these well. The weakest part of the set is each set of adjustable bolts; I’m surprised you don’t receive a small bag of replacements. I would highly recommend buying these over just about any other weight; I searched through all variations, including another that was priced competitively, but here you have no potential reliability issues other than the bolts which are replaceable in theory, and the weights stay locked no matter how you rotate the weights as long as the end caps are screwed in sufficiently.

Nice set of dumbbells.
This is a nice set of dumbbells and works well. It is easy to change the weight and they well good and balanced. Taking one star off because most of the weight plates are 5lbs each but they have 2.5lb ones for a 5lb increment and those ones always have to go on the outside so it can take longer to change the weight if you have them on and want to go up or down by 10 lbs.

Solid and surprisingly comfortable
I was worried the handles might be too thick after reading a few reviews, but they’re actually really comfortable to grip. The weight plates swap out easily — not instant, but quick enough. I hung the extra plates on a couple of bookshelf hooks, which worked out great for storage.Only had these for a few days, but they feel solid and well-built. No rattling, no wobble. Just clean, simple design that works. Really happy with the purchase so far.

I bought these as a birthday gift for my boyfriend and he is obsessed with them. They are durable, easy to change & the most budget-friendly heavy dumbbell on the market. The fact that we can buy additional attachments to make the dumbbells reach 160lbs also makes them far superior than any other adjustable dumbbell out there. They also were delivered earlier than expected. Overall, extremely pleased with these!
