I’ve taken these over a year. They are a quality good source. You have to take K2 with D3 or the D3 can’t be absorbed in your body. It’s help my immune system greatly!! My husband takes it now too & he hasn’t been sick in a while (outside of some allergies). No taste really. Easy to swallow. The color is neutral. Organic earth. I feel good when I’m protecting my body /immune system. I take 1 a day (so does my husband). He takes his at night & I take mine in the morning. I honestly haven’t noticed a huge spike in my energy but I know I’ve felt better. The dosage is what’s required is my understanding.

Good product. Reordered. I only wish he would sell a gel version D3, in a pure oil like MCT or olive oil. I understand he is not putting in magnesium because people like to take their preffered versions, and at different times of the day. I saw someone else complain about this, and that is basic marketing ignorance.I have low vitamin D at 29ml. **I have not retested yet. Once I got through the pain of the initial cell receptor site reloading (yes, reloading vitamin D can cause pain after years of deficiency), this D supplement is slowly removing all my bone pains and TMJ. Half way through my first bottle, I decided to switch to some gel capsules by “micro ingredients”. After a few days I strongly felt they were NOT working. I went back to the dr berg d3 and got my healing back on track.I take two 5,000 iu Dr Bergs, and added in 20,000 iu NOW gel capsules additionally each day.Total, 30,000 ius D3, 300 mcg k2, magnesium 400-600 mg. Sometimes selenium. ** I am following Dr Coimbra protocol roughly.**note, dr berg adds zinc in this supplement and b6, so need to take in other supplements.Again, I just prefer gel pills. But these dr berg pills are reliable, and the zinc and b6 and bile salts are nice failsafe touches from a person who truly loves research and holistic healing. I would highly recommend for vitamin D3 newbies.

my 1st purchase was on January 2025 and I feel significant healthier than before regarding my knee pain and overall …I used to get this “insufficient level” result of Vit D before I consumed this. Then after 4 months consuming Dr.Berg Vit D3 10000iu +K2 , I had my Vit D level checked again and the result showed “sufficient level” on May 2025. I’m happy that this supplement actually works. For maintenance I consume 5000iu now.
