Ok so over winter break I went to south america for a month to see my family, and the food there is amazing, plus it was summer and I didn’t have access to a gym there. So as expected I gained a lot of weight and when I came back I felt bloated and just gross in general. So I remembered hearing about these types of cleansing teas from celebrities and whatnot and I decided to give it a try. I did a lot of research because I don’t really trust these things and there’s so many detox teas out there now, so I went to someone’s instagram who I remembered had posted something about a tea and then googled it. Somehow I ended up finding this tea and I liked that it wasn’t ridiculously overpriced like a lot of the other brands. I honestly just got it cause it said it was all natural, had good reviews, and i was super bloated so i was like whatever, if it doesn’t do anything they’ll give me my money back, apparently. I started drinking the tea almost 2 weeks ago. Here’s what I think:taste: i actually really liked the taste, i don’t put anything in my tea but it still was kinda sweet, which is nicedoes it work?: yes. I wasn’t expecting a huge change but I was determined to detox and I started going to the gym regularly again and stopped overeating. It was probably the mix of all those things but I lost like 5 pounds on the first week. But the best of all: I’m not bloated anymore. The tea definitely gets rid of the bloating. It does make you go to the bathroom a lot and I’ve been drinking water like crazy. For people who also take meds that dehydrate you (i take meds for ADD and those make you super thirsty), keep a bottle of water near you at all times. I’m not kidding, my water bottle and I have been inseparable, which I guess in a way is good because I wasn’t drinking enough water before.What I also noticed is that I do feel lighter in general, before I felt kinda dirty inside, I’m sure you know what I’m talking about. I also noticed that I haven’t been breaking out, not even when I got my period, which I am super happy about.So, to conclude my review, I guess all I have to say is if you’re looking for a cleansing tea this one definitely works and hasn’t caused me any major issues. Oh yeah, and my bag had way more than 14 servings, maybe my teaspoons are too small?

Delicious Detox That Delivers Results
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Hey Girl Detox Tea turned out to be amazing. It tastes great and I noticed a real difference in how I felt after just a few days. Less bloating, more energy, and a nice sense of refreshment. I haven’t tried other detox teas, but I honestly don’t feel the need to.

Be careful if you order this tea: It is NOT to be used long-term, but NOWHERE in the description is this mentioned. I ordered it because a mother-daughter duo recommended it to remove stubborn body fat. Senna is in the main ingredient, and WebMD says this about Senna: “Senna is the fruit (pod) or leaf of the plant Senna alexandrina. It is approved in the US as a laxative for short-term treatment of constipation. Senna is an FDA-approved over-the-counter (OTC) laxative. It is used to treat constipation and also to clear the bowel before procedures such as colonoscopy. People also use senna for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), hemorrhoids, weight loss, and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses.” Wish I had read all this before I purchased a product that is non-returnable.

I need to detox on a constant basis!!! Didn’t know if it would work without going to the big guns. Happy to say drank it two nights in row so far and second night it worked great!! No cramps no tummy pain… just did what is was made to do. I bought mint n chocolate you can smell it but can’t taste it I add honey to mine. Worked wonderful,hope it continues to!!!

I tried the Hey Girl Cleanse tea in the mint chocolate flavor and was pleasantly surprised by how good it tastes. It’s smooth, refreshing, and doesn’t have that bitter or medicinal aftertaste some detox teas have.However, I didn’t really notice the “cleansing” or flushing effects it claims to offer. It was very gentle … almost too gentle… so if you’re looking for a noticeable detox, this might not be strong enough. I did use it daily for weeks to make sure!Pros:• Delicious mint chocolate flavor• Easy to drink daily• Gentle on the stomachCons:• Didn’t deliver strong cleansing effects for me And it was used daily for a couple weeks

My name is Victoria and I started my SUCCESSFUL weight-loss journey about 4 months ago. I recently turned 27 years old and I truly believe this was a huge “realization” period in my life. Growing up, I was always active. I played nearly every sport and couldn’t resist new adventures. At around the age of 23, things started to “die down”. I noticed my motivation for sports slowly drift away, along with my once “simple” gym routine I had daily. Staying fit was getting more and more difficult as the years rushed on by. We learn to “accept” who we are in that moment because we believe this is just what happens in life. Well, for me it got pretty dark. I hated taking showers, I hated getting ready for parties, or special occasions. The mirror, I simply despised. It really started to drain the life out of me. I remember a time specifically at a good friends marriage a couple of years ago. Drank my first cup last night (12min steep in a covered mug, I need full power!) and have had no pain, just some burps and gurgles and a really good result on the porcelain throne. Some reviewers report cramping, that’s not an issue with this tea, it’s an issue with their body’s response to senna. The package will tell you not to use it again if you get nausea or cramping. I’ve used Senna for years when I need it and my body responds to it as a gentle laxative. I don’t wake up with a blow out or have cramping, but my digestion is super inefficient and I’ve always had problems with consripation, so keep that in mind.The tea tasted great! I was worried it was gonna have that strong liquorice taste that smooth move has (I really dislike that flavour, it makes me gag) and this one didn’t, even though liquorice root is an ingredient.
