My daughter swears by this blanket. I bought it for myself and she stole it from me. She so.ethas trouble settling and sleeping at night and this has been a game changer! Highly recommend! Go lighter than heavier! You’d be surprised how just a few pounds makes a difference. Too heavy and it can feel claustrophobic.

I first bought the queen sized 20-lb blanket, but it was too big and too heavy. I was able to return it and get the smaller 12-lb one and it’s been perfect! My partner prefers this lighter weight and even during the summer, he likes the weight as it feels like he’s being hugged and secured.No experience cleaning it, as we just air it out between uses, but definitely recommend using a commercial washer that can handle the weight.
