I picked this out for a friend, I ended up getting her something else then my husband surprised me with it. It was such a fragrant box even before I opened it. The cardboard box was beautiful as it was embellished with gold. Opening the box was such a surprise as it was beautifully packaged. After I went through everything I was pleasantly surprised and knew that had I got this for my friend it would have been enough and she would have loved it. My only negative feedback on this product would be that the card is completely blank so if you are gifting this to someone you might want to open it first and mark the card opposed to sending it straight to them. I did end up reusing the card for someone else’s gift since it was blank and good quality. However it was awkward to receive as a gift and it be a blank card inside of an envelope despite the outside of the card being tapped closed/sealed.

This gift set is beautifully curated and displayed upon opening. Everything is exactly as pictured in the ad. It’s awesome for the price. So let’s talk my three star rating.The blanket is smaller than I expected.The smell? It claims to be lavender. Maybe I’ve been smelling the wrong lavender my whole life, but this is not at all what I expected. It’s very perfumy. Not good for someone sensitive to smells.That said, the candle, bath salts, and satchel all smell as intended. It’s just too much for me which ruins the whole thing.The socks are also meant for people with average size feet. Not people who wear a 10+.The soap just smells like soap but it’s cute.What’s awesome about this? The teacup and spoon are minimalistic but beautiful. The coaster also feels very sturdy and doesn’t seem like it will fall apart over time.The bubble candle is super cute.The blanket is really soft.The card is just a blank piece of card stock. The envelope is very simple and nicely done.Overall, this is amazing. Less the smell. I wish it had scent options.

Lovely set but I dislike the scent
This gift box is so cute and well made. There are many things I love about it, but a few downfalls, the biggest of which is that the perfume scent is unpleasant to me. I like most lavender scents, but this is an unusual one that I do not find pleasant. Here are details about what you get:* First, the box it comes in… WOW! It is elegant, sturdy and something I want to hang onto. The top of it has a beautiful gold and white design and the words, “Specially for you.” It looks LOVELY! This makes it a stunning gift since the packaging looks so elegant.* Inside you see a cutely arranged variety which is decorated with sweet little pine cones, pretend red berry-like things, a dried orange slice, a cinnamon stick and a swig of pine tree fir. These are so adorable! The only downfall is they are swathed in the perfume-y scent that reminds me of an inexpensive drug store gift.* There is a packet of cream white socks that are incredibly soft and cute.* A soft, tan blanket is encased in a ribbon. It’s pretty small and thin, so I’m not sure I can use it for myself or my pets, but it does look lovely.* A cute smaller box with a candle. The smell of the candle is not so bad.* A soap that is similar to the candle and also with a scent that is not so bad.* Bath salts in a cute, tiny jar with a cork.* A burlap bag with the potpourri scent. The rustic look is cute; but this the scent part of what is bringing that unpleasant smell.* A sweet, smaller box containing a very sturdy, nice looking tea or coffee cup.* A dainty golden spoon for that cup that has a flower on the end where it is normally the spoon shape.* A thick fabric coaster to go under the tea cup.* An extremely elegant but rustic card & sunflower that looks hand crafted, in a most beautiful way.* A pretend, whimsical knitted flower in a pot. (This is not my favorite because I don’t know what anyone would do with this in the long run.)It’s truly well crafted. I feel whomever made it did it with deep love and care. Everything about it is sweet except for that darn scent (and maybe the knitted flower). Possibly some people will like this smell. If so then this is a massive hit as a gift. I do like that the scent is quite strong. If you like it you are lucky you will get a lot of it. On the other hand, I’ve been airing it out and the smell is steadily getting to be less, making the items more usable for me.Despite not caring for the smell, I will give this a 5 because it’s so cute, there are so many sweet aspects, so much of it is much better quality than I expected, and it gives the feeling that this was made with love and care.
