This stuff works! I’ve never been a bath type of guy, but after trying this out 2x/week after putting myself through OCR, trail running, and weight training 4-5 times per week for 6 months. TENDONITIS KILLER!
Dealing with unsolved knee pain, after RICE method and change in activity load, discomfort and pain still lurked in my knee, below kneecap, slightly left top of shin area. Not a human MRI, but assumed I was up against;-Patellar Tendonitis-Micro Stress Fracture-High Shin SplintInflammation and discomfort got frustrating daily as I wanted to confidently return to activity. After one 20min hot/warm water soak with COACH SOAK, woke up practically PAIN FREE. Moving forward gonna ease back into activity and I recommend soaking localized areas with a rotation of hot/warm & ice temperature soaks.

I purchased this for my husband. He seems to always have 2 or 76 different, physically challenging “projects” going on at the same time. This is weird since he declared, about 5 years ago, that he had finally completed all the big projects on our 1800s farmhouse and small farm property. Somehow, he keeps finding more. .. and at the close of a long, difficult day working on one of these projects, it seems as if I can hear him coming from a half-mile away. The groans and gasps as aches and bruises remind him that 60 is way nearer than 50.Did I mention that he has never been a “bath” type of guy? It took a couple of months to convince him to try this; I grew up with Epsom Salts on the shelf and everyone used it after a rough day. I guess not so much for my husband’s family. Finally, though, he did try it… and BOY HOWDY!! He has taken more baths in the past 6 months than in the entire previous 34 years of our marriage. 🤣I guess that means this WORKS. Try it! Get some for your hard-working husband. He will thank you.

As mentioned above, this is a good product and it feels like it works slightly better than Epsom salts, albeit at more than double the price… I’ve ordered this product going on 6 months subscription. Now I get two packages every month… I can say that of those 12 to 15 bags. Probably three of them have been able to be resealed, that’s my major gripe is that the bags never maintain integrity on the resealing portion. The reseal strip itself falls away from the coach soak bag. This is just an inconvenience as if I don’t remember to go get a Ziploc bag to transfer I could be in the tub or nearby and accidentally knock the bag over there by losing $30.I want to try some of the in other scents and blends but just keep in mind and consider it a given you will need to transfer to your resealable bag

I love regular espon salt but needed an upgrade and I found it. I love the minty smell and I could literally feel the leg pain from hiking melt away. Skin feels super soft after. Highly recommended to upgrade your bath game.
