    Love this to experience emotions on the journey of life. Paper is thick but I don’t like it much in terms of its color and feel. Fountain pen writes very well without bleed through. But the prompts are really worth it and the emotions Venn diagram too!

    After the first few pages, every single page of this journal is identical. I guess the formula or breakdown of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is the same, but Clever Fox could have included a vision board, personality questionnaires, self maintenance or check in interim pages too. I’m not sure that I have the patience to work through the steps. One problem at a time.
