Perfect blend of omega 3 6 9 !!! Less than 2 weeks I began experiencing health benefits also gave me some stomach discomfort. I Google it and info I found recommended eating some fat so I did and WOLA !!!! No more side effects and when I eat healthy fats and then take this supplement around 2pm, it works for me. Before I took 1 in the morning and the second one lunch time to avoid stomach side effects issues. But when I took both at the same times with a healthy lunch with healthy fats and then took this omega supplement, my health improve much better !!! The first benefits I experience, better bowel movement, on the second week, my stomach got flatter, less bloating, anti-inflamation nice nice nice !!!and I noticed some weight loss. Pretty good fish supplement.
They seem to be good. Only problem is we have to break them up? We can’t take two at a time. Otherwise we get fishy. Burps pills are pretty large, but nothing too bad.

These supplements are great! I found out quickly when buying 3-6-9 supplements that you need to look closely at the oils they use because they can vary. These ones use fish oil, primrose oil and flaxseed oil which is exactly what we’ve been looking for!
