I have issues with the muscles in my shoulders being INCREDIBLY tense, 24/7, due to complications of a connective tissue disorder. It’s usually bad enough to cause severe tension headaches. This has done a wonderful job of helping with that tension and providing some relief. Some people may not be fond of the fact it needs to be bugged in but I work *right* next to an outlet so it works out really well for me. Is it, you know, **perfect** in every way shape and form? No. There are probably fancier ones out there that cost a bunch more that will be better. But it is absolutely AMAZING for the price it’s at. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone and everyone who needs something like this at a reasonable price.

I like the flexibility of this massager, it’s is good for the neck and back but a little cumbersome if you are trying to use it on your back. I like the straps and they make it easy to hold in place on your neck, could not massage back without them! It also massages both ways which gives more flexibility in the process. I would buy again and recommend
