Worked for my digestive issues!
I’ve been having digestive issues for a couple of years. So, I did the obvious and tried dietary changes, but to no avail. I figured I was just stuck living with the issues I was experiencing. However, I did some research and found that probiotics could possibly help. Therefore, I decided to try Align. I was a bit skeptical that it would actually get rid of all my symptoms. I figured it may help decrease them but not completely eliminate them all. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. In less than a week of taking align daily, my issues were gone. I do need to mention that I have tried a few different varieties of this brand and although they all worked pretty much the same, i finally decided upon this one (dual biotics). No other reason than it has what I need, and none of what I don’t, and I like the gummy’s for the convenience.As a result of my symptoms improving, I figured I didn’t need to take an probiotic everyday and quit for a while. Big mistake!! My digestive issues eventually came back. So, I decided to go back to taking Align and again, my issues went away. Therefore, I concluded that these actually do work!I would definitely recommend trying Align if you are having problems that diet alone has not solved. Additionally. make certain that you do seek help from a professional if you have serious symptoms or if your symptoms don’t go away after taking these.This is a great product that is convenient, tasty, and works rather quickly. Highly recommend!!

After a long bout of harsh antibiotics, I found myself having severe digestive problems. I tried many other things and then my dr told me to try this. When I first started it at the recommended dose, it seemed to only intensify my symptoms which was honestly terrible. I decided to take only half the dose (one in the morning and one before bed) and it helped so much. What I ultimately ended up noticing as, with continued use, as my digestive trouble started to improve, the side effects from these started to decrease. I wonder if what I was feeling was actually these little gummies working. I am on my third bottle and continue to see more and more improvements WITH a very nutritious diet. Diet really is key but these babies give the boost I need. As for flavor, they taste really good so they’re not difficult to eat. Try them! And if the normal dose doesn’t feel good, play around with a smaller dose to whatever feels good for you. Very happy with this product and this is in comparison to a really expensive kind I had previously tried that did absolutely nothing for me.

I was looking for an adult probiotic gummy that would be soft enough, tasty enough, and digestible enough to take daily without having to ingest ten at a time or break a tooth attempting to chew.Look no further! This gummy not only has a good taste but is soft, somewhat small, and only two are necessary to consume a day. While there isn’t a sudden and huge change that is noticeable while taking them (personally) you can really tell if you’ve stopped taking them for a few days and start back up again.These have both probiotics and prebiotic to hit all the healthy tummy and digestive enzymes while pushing away some of those bad ones that seem to wreck your gut. Ever since I’ve began to take this product my digestive health has improved quite a bit.I take this alongside fiber gummies and I’m really pleased with the results and ease of consumption of both each day.So far I have been lucky to receive fresh, non expired, non clumped/melted together product each time.

Can I just start by saying this stuff has saved my life. I’ve only been taking it for three days and I feel a difference already.This is tmi but I’ve had tummy issues for awhile now and have been constipated taking small bunny poops that would be hard to get out and have been using ex lax more than I should. Or I would wake up feeling terribly bloated, cranky, and fatigued not knowing why.I watched a video some actress did on gut health and she had all the symptoms I had and said her doctor said it was her tummy. She did research that a lot modern food (even healthy food) promotes the bad bacteria to flourish. Her symptoms were being caused by the imbalance of bad vs good bacteria. And she suggested prebiotics.That video was way too long she could have said what she needed to in 5 minutes instead of an hour but I digress. This morning I woke up the first time in years feeling normal. I forgot what it felt like. For the first time I didn’t have tears in my eyes from straining to poop. It was just so smooth and easy I don’t think I’ve ever experienced anything like it. I didn’t know this is how it could be. I didn’t know something so tiny could make such a difference in my life.I woke up this morning feeling refreshed not fatigued like I usually do. I even look a bit slimmer. I didn’t think this stuff would work. I thought at least if I try the gummies I will have a tasty treat. But they did work for me.I read a lot of reviews for different pro- and pre- biotics. It seems it does make some people bloated and gassy. I experienced this a little but the consensus was to give it a week. I’m sure it takes time for these to work in you digestive system and correct what’s going on in there. I was prepared to give it a week but I feel the difference already. I say try it give it time to work you will be glad you did.My only complaint would be is I’m going through the bottle quickly. A dose is two gummies that you can take twice a day. Being three days in I’ve already taken six and the bottle is noticeably becoming empty quickly. Other wise two thumbs up!
