I don’t write many reviews, but this one I had to promote. I’m on my second bottle and man, does it make a difference! Single mother of three young boys, life is intense! But this stuff really takes the edge off. By the end of the first week I could feel a definite difference in how I managed my stress and my energy levels. Calm, Rest, Relief
I have been taking this supplement for a little over a week. I noticed a calming that took place within an hour after taking it before bed. I take it because I will wake up at night with cortisol spikes. After taking this for a few days I noticed that even if I was awaked at night, my heart was no longer racing and I felt calming and was more able to get back to sleep.

Affordable AND it’s GMP certified. It’s not quite as strong as the more expensive one I used to take, but it does help keep my mental energy and moods level. When I skip a day or two, I definitely notice a difference.
