After trying another on that also goes around the chest and hating everything about it, I learned at least what to look for in the design to know if it would suit my expectations. This looked well made to cover different shapes and proportions, with just the right positioned adjustment points. With the Ace brand name attached to it and the content of the positive and negative reviews, I went ahead and committed to purchase this one.I have odd proportions of having a petite frame, but super hourglass and busty. It’s very difficult to find appropriately proportioned bras with straps that aren’t too long because of my shortened upper torso. This made the full wrap around support type a fail. It also held the widest parts of the straps in just a way to be painful as they didn’t sit on my shoulders when everything was cinched for adequate support.This one is truly less of a brace than an actual posture corrector. Not only it is truly assisting with a bit of pull to put me in a better stance, but it continues to make me aware of my slouch and neck bend to almost become a tool for cognitive behavioral training.I’ve just worn it for a few days around the house, lounging watching TV and scrolling on my phone, and it has been comfortable for a few hours of wear, but not suspiciously comfortable to where I’d think it’s not doing anything.I hadn’t noticed the vertical adjustment for the center point until my second day, and going from the lowest to highest point on the device makes for a different positioning feel. The highest point and the straps just capping my shoulder edges is actually relieving the near constant up back pain I have from being a 36H. It’s definitely working on that hunch!I can’t wait to try this on my next work shift! My constant desk crouching accompanied by the strain of incidentally doing hundreds of butterflies while folding infinite baby blankets for our NICU makes my upper back scream by the end of twelve hours.

Great solution for the price
It fits just fine. No weird smells. To put it on, just adjust it to be as loose as possible and then tighten it up once you get into it. Adjusting bad posture isn’t “comfortable” and the point is not to make the thing do all the work – you have to do that. The brace is to remind you to use your own muscles to hold your shoulders back otherwise yea, it’s going to dig into your armpits and cut off your circulation. I’m wearing it as I write this and I will say that it’s not great for typing, so if you try to wear it all day at your desk you’ll probably hate it. But you’re not supposed to wear it all day anyway – like 30 minutes at a time. Put it on, take a walk, make some phone calls or whatever, then take it back off and make an effort to hold your shoulders back without it while you’re at your desk. $17 well spent in my opinion.5′-8″, 165lbs, 45″ chest, 14.5″ biceps.

Works well if you put it on over a t-shirt.
It works well. I keep it on for an hour a couple times a day. I’ve only had it for a couple days but I am convinced it is helping a lot. Muscle memory is kicking in and if I don’t sit up or stand straight it feels unnatural now. I am surprised it is working so well considering there are much more complicated braces and other gear for sale on Amazon. I went for the simplest first.Tips:I tried it on my bare skin but it is too irritating in the armpit area for me. I let out all the slack so I can position it neatly over a t-shirt, doesn’t rub the skin as much that way and I can tug on the shirt sleeves, back or sides to take out bunched up material.I’m 6’1″ 190 pounds. Product literature shows the user pulling the straps to get a tight fit however it is impossible for me to reach the straps once I get it on, so my wife stands behind me and hands me the straps. I pull both straps forward away from my waist to get firm tension and attach the velcro tabs at armpit level.

Not that good
Good apparent quality but too thin and stretchy. In order to get any sort of meaningful shoulder movement restraint in the fore-aft direction you need to pull on the ends real good, and at that point it’s like a rubber band that uncomfortably pushes down on your trapezoid muscle, also makes you hot because it’s so tight. The Braceability white clavicle brace is much more comfortable and supportive. I was hoping for a more subtle brace I could wear to work comfortably to help with the clavicle bone fracture and unfortunately it ain’t it.

I like the product very much. I would say it do the needful to have your shoulders as it should correcting the posture.
