Very hard surface quality, but I still like and use it carefully
I have chronic thoracic pain and purchased this after using a friend’s roller. I love this, but it’s a little too hard and the massage prongs are almost too big and hard until I have to be careful to not apply too much of my body weight pressure. I use mine often and will continue. I still love it and it does help my pain. I advise to purchase a simple yoga mat because the roller material is slick and it doesn’t grab if you’re just lying on carpet while using. It will slide out from underneath you.

Cracked after 1 week
First time foam roller. Amazing for lower back after just a few days. Seemed like a reasonable deal…Only bummer, and cause for lower rating, is the foam roller just cracked after 1 week. 😳 I guess it can’t handle my full body weight. So durability is a question. I’m a male, 190lbs so you’d think it should be sturdier.
