I am so glad I found this massager. I bought FIVE different massager options all delivered today and yesterday. This is THE ONE! If you’re looking for a soft, high-quality massager with heat, look no further. Back pain is the worst! It is debilitating, awful, and life-ruining. I don’t even know what I did to myself but all the sudden “my back was out” I’ve been to the point of having to crawl and crying out in pain with the slightest move the wrong way. I would do anything to stop the pain. Of the five I bought, most were so uncomfortable with hard balls that they caused almost as much pain as what I was trying to get rid of. Then I opened this gem. I was hopeful just touching it. And then I used it. And wow – it is worth every penny and more. I don’t normally do reviews but I absolutely HAD to share my review on this. This pillow is just what I needed for my office chair to make it more comfortable and I love that it also can give my lower back a massage when my back hurts too much.The even better part is that it has a heat compress ability! You can use this feature without the vibrations and no one even knows. The heat feels amazing, not too hot in my opinion. Im going to love it even more this winter to help keep me warm at my desk.The pillow comes air compressed and needs time to fluff up before you use it. Charge it first too. A massager that forcibly lifts the lumbar spine
I highly recommend this lumbar support massage pillow. Over the past few years, my lumbar spine and back have been uncomfortable, and I have a bit of a hunchback. This product forces my lumbar spine to be raised. When I first used it, I couldn’t lay my legs flat because its stretching effect was so great. When it was raised, my abdomen was stretched and my waist ached. It vibrates gently and keeps heating up. Sometimes I use it two or three times in a row, feeling extremely hot. It’s really comfortable. Now, to get a better stretch, I lay my legs flat so that the stretching force is greater. After a tiring day, I use it several times before going to bed, even when I’m asleep; it’s really so soft. I have several back massagers, but only this one can be used while sleeping, and I don’t feel any discomfort even when I’m asleep. I use it to massage my buttocks, lumbar spine and thoracic spine, but not my cervical spine because the vibration makes my head buzz. I can’t do without it now and need it every night.

I bought this rechargeable lumbar pillow on a whim and ended up using it every evening on the couch. The gentle heat warms up in a couple of minutes and the vibration has a nice low setting that relaxes my lower back without feeling buzzy. The curve fits well against the waist and it doesn’t slide around when I lean back. I also like the 30-minute auto-shutoff so I don’t overuse it, and one charge easily lasts me a few sessions. If I’m picky, the pillow is a bit firm at first—but it breaks in after a few uses. Overall, great value for a small, cordless back-soother.

I didn’t expect this lumbar pillow to work so well! The heat and vibration gentle but really effective- after just a few minutes, my lower back feels warm and relaxed. The lifting motion gives a light stretch that takes away all the tension from sitting all day. I started using it every night while lying in bed, it is so comfortable that I’ve fallen asleep in it more than once! The design fits my back perfectly and the warmth feels amazing.
