Great value & helped with sounder sleep
I’ve tried several brands of Melatonin and found this brand to have the best lasting effects to help my sleep, and the gummies taste much better than others I’ve tried. The cost of this brand is also low compared to others I’ve tried. Definitely recommend!

These are the best melatonin supplements we’ve found so far; we’re buying them for the third time. Both their taste and texture make them desirable for the adults and kids in the family. The 2.5mg is more than enough. Based on my experience, I believe they are more like 3 to 3.5mg each, making them more sleep-inducing than 2.5mg Dippin’ Dots. Olly Kids Chillax are not that great, and the Goli Dreamy Sleep Gummy have a off-putting rubber texture. Here’s hoping Carlyle doesn’t change their mix at some later date. 👍

Helps me sleep, not stay asleep
These are sp good tasting! They work well if you relax and allow yourself to get to sleep. However I did still wake up and feel restless as if I couldn’t go back to bed. Thats my experience though. I didn’t feel any side effects like grogginess or anything like that. I don’t think they’re too strong that you couldn’t give them to a child. But they’re good and effective but just make sure you’re staying asleep and not being disrupted.

2.5 Melatonin is easy to get on Amazon and hard to find in my local drug stores…
I find it hard to find this dose in my local drug stores, so Amazon works greatI struggle with getting to sleep due to tinnitus (there is a constant high pitch noise in my head).I use a combination of an audio book or the WaveSound app as well this low dose Melatonin to get me to sleep.The combination is perfect!Note, When I was ONLY using an audio book (to block the tinnitus) the story itself kept my brain too engaged to sleep. The addition of 2.5 Melatonin was the answer!
