Great Product & Even Better Customer Service!
Great product with a variety of beautiful colors! Ive bought a few of these now and I continue to be impressed. When I had a issue with one of them, I reached out to customer support and they immediately helped me. They were extremely kind, fast, and understanding, which reassured me and further strengthened my loyalty to both the product and the brand.The blender itself works well and blends smoothly without clumps and is perfect for protein shakes, pre-workout mixes, smoothies, and superfood blends. Its portable and convenient so i dont need to drag around a large traditional blender since the bottle itself is the blender which saves time and reduces the amount of time and stress we all know can come with cleanup especially if you have a busy schedule. I haven’t had any leakage issues so id say the seal is nice and tight and the build quality feels sturdy. The battery’s rechargeable and lasts a good but not great amount of time between charges but honestly a minor issue as you could just pop onto one while youre doing literally anything since it doesn’t take long plus its a nice compact size so you could easily throw it in a gym bag, take to the office, or even go traveling with it which I tend to do.This is a must-have for gym rats, busy professionals, or honestly just anyone who wants a reliable portable blender thats still stylish and easier to clean especially with all the pieces and nooks and crannies you have to go through cleaning in tradition blenders.

Great while it worked
After leaving my original 3 star review due to the battery dying, I was able to find the customer support contact information on the Voltrx website. Judith was very responsive and let me know that all bottles come with a 12 month warranty. I just had to send a quick video of the battery not working and she shipped me a new bottle and battery within 24 hours. Her customer service was excellent and knowing that they are so willing to help their customers made me redo my review. Great customer service.It was great while it worked. I’ve had it for 3 months and used it basically every day. Today it randomly decided to quit working. It’s fully charged and everything but won’t turn on anymore. The base never got wet so I have no idea why it randomly quit working but it was nice while it lasted. Won’t be buying another since it quit working so quickly.

Depends how much you plan to use it
Got it for mixing collagen powder in water. It was great and did the job. But 4 stars because after daily use over 6 months the plastic around the bottom that attaches the cup and the blending mechanism started chipping and breaking. But for the price and heavy use, I guess you get what you pay for. If you only used it occasionally, it would probably be fine. If you are a daily user, get something higher quality.

Good bottle with minor issues. Works great!
I love this blender bottle it mixes well! I put two scoops of protein powder, chocolate syrup, and peanut butter with water. It makes a smooth drink. I have 3 issues with this blender. 1st is the battery tells me its low and I put on a charger and like in a minute it shows the battery is almost full. 2nd the mixer makes a loud screeching noise when I mix most of the time. 3rd I was washing the bottle and when I disconnected the battery/motor the plastic broke on the edge and cut my finger, so be careful removing the batter/motor. I would buy this item again hoping this was fluke with this one I got.

Love this cup!!! I feel like where people are going wrong and breaking their cup mixer is not doing a pre mix before adding it in.. this breaks down those tiny clumps that you can’t break down with a spoon alone. To keep it smelling fresh I never put the lid on when not using. I haven’t had any issues with leaks. This is an awesome product, and you can charge it with your iPhone charger!! Just don’t expect it to be doing more than smoothing your already mixed drink. It gets what the spoon can’t.

Great Bottle, Weird Button Timing
This is the second VOLTRX bottle I’ve owned and I’ve loved them both. Their quite sturdy, mostly easy to clean, and mix the shakes that I use these bottles for well. The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because of how it operates. One press operates the mix for 30 seconds, 2 presses operates it for 3 minutes. However, the wimdow to perform the double press is weird. Can’t press it too fast, or too soon, or too late, or too slow. Most the time I end up only activating the 30 second mode at least 3 times before I can successfully activate the 3 minute mode. This happens to me on both the units I use.

This is a great piece of kit for people who drink protein shakes. It makes taking protein shakes anywhere really easy. Just add water and press the button and you get a properly blended protein shake without the lumps you get from manual shaking. I bought mine just over 10 months ago and I can also confirm that customer service were great when it stopped working. The motor was fine but stopped spinning the mixer. Voltrx replaced the item immediately – no quibbles – although I’d contacted them to ask them how to fix the problem not to replace it. They give a 12 month warranty and stand by it.

Heel handig dat de onderkant loskomt en goede indicatoren met licht. Batterij gaat lang mee, shaker is vrij krachtig (beetje dreft en hij maakt zichzelf schoon) en als je hem wast kan je de elektrische gedeelte er af halen. Enige minpunt vind ik dat er geen dop voor de usb c poort is. Als je perongeluk toch wel dat hele ding onder de kraan doet kan er potentieel een kortsluiting komen.
