This is a really good substitute in case you want to cut back on food and lose some extra weight. My husband uses this every morning before he leaves for work. It has amazing health benefits and the texture and taste is amazing. This is actually a good price for this bottle size.

This container is such a great value. I put a couple of tablespoons in my husband’s and my overnight oats.

This is a nice big plastic jar of chia seeds — seems a good value for the 11.46 ounces that you get. Certainly cheaper than what I can find at my local health food store. We made a nice cocoa chia pudding from these so far and were quite pleased with the results.

Expiration date is only 2 mo the out. Not enough time to use all. The contai er was sunk in as though the air had been taken out
