Love this thing for my knee
I have an old knee injury and it can’t be extended for very long or it hurts. When I sleep in my La-Z-Boy, I’ve tried pillows and various things that too much angle and cut the circulation off. And then I tried this. I centered it under my knee and it gives it just the right amount of angle to sleep all night and get up without knee pain.I know they sell it for lumbar support, but for me – in my recliner – it’s the perfect thing for my knee.

Slept in comfort
I have been suffering from severe lower back pain for weeks . I am a side (fetal position) sleeper and sometime back sleeper so I tried putting a pillow between my legs when I was on my side. It did provide some relief and then it did not. I cannot turn properly without causing pain. In fact, shifting side to side during the night wakes me up and I have to literally sit up carefully so as not to cause myself pain as I make the shift. So, when I came across this lumbar pillow I was enthused so I got it. When it arrived I used it the very same night it molded to my body. I placed it under my back so that I could be on my back or rotate onto my side (as pictured in the product description). It was comfortable. The pillow did feel a little firm when I unwrapped it but it turned out just right for support when on my back or on my side.

Great help for back pain and pain on side of hip
Positives:- It helps a lot for back sleeping because it is not too thick. I purchased another back support pillow and unlike this one it was way too thick and uncomfortable.- It allows me to sleep on my side with no side of hip pain, both on top and bottom side. It works well in combination with a pillow between your knees. Until I got this pillow I couldn’t sleep on my side.- It is wide enough so I can switch sides without needing to move the pillow around- It also is good for compensating for the sinkhole that old mattresses develop over timeNegatives (hence 4/5 stars):- It tends to flatten out the longer you rest on it. When sleeping on my back I still find I often suddenly wake up from back pain after the support goes away. You can just move the pillow around.- It doesn’t have a removable, washable cover.Everyone’s situation is different so you just have to experiment with different pillows, and although not perfect this is far better than nothing.

It’s quality in a pad.
I actually now just put it in my recliner. Because it really doesn’t work in my bed like I was looking for. Could be because I’m only 5’1. It could be because I need that hip replaced. It was a lot to ask for this small lumbar sore pillow. But I can tell it’s quality in a pad

Better sleep with less pain, tossing & turning!
With chronic lumbar and sciatic pain causing me restless sleep while trying to find positions with less pain…..this pillow, from the first night, has provided longer sleep without the tossing and turning to find a pain free position. I place it in the carch of my lower back. When turning to sleep in my side, it cradles the crevice near my waist to alleviate the pressure it places in my neck, shoulders and hips.I highly recommend this product.

A Must Have Pillow
I have a lot of lower back pain and have always used a pillow between my legs for support ( I sleep on my side a lot). Using this lumbar support pillow has increased my comfort when sleeping whether on my side or my back. I am very happy with it and recommend it.

This is what throwing money away feels like
I bought this brand pillow three years ago and have been using it every night since. Over time it became less and less firm so I figured it was time for a new one. The new one arrived and I could immediately tell it was much more flimsy. I figured if I gave it a few days it might firm up . It didn’t.My old worn out version actually holds its form better than the new one. Definite disappointment based on poor quality.

Perfect for side sleeping during pregnancy
I am pregnant and, naturally, was not sleeping well. Side sleeping had been causing serious pain since my waist wasn’t supported. This is exactly what I needed. It’s the perfect amount of support without being too bulky. It is wide enough so that if I roll to my other side while sleeping, I am still on the pillow. It’s also the perfect height to support my stomach. I am so happy I didn’t decide to buy a big pregnancy pillow that wouldn’t have solved the waist support issue anyway. I am using just this and a standard pillow for my head and have all the support I need. The cover provides enough friction with my cotton sheets so that the pillow doesn’t shift at all. My sleep has improved so much. I can feel the difference and my sleep tracker confirms it.I also read some reviews that say this doesn’t have a washable cover. It definitely does have one so don’t let that dissuade you (that seam on the undersize of the pillow is the zipper).

Perfect support for my knees while sleeping… I’ve had both knees replaced 6 yrs ago and find now in the mornings my knees feel so stiff .. this pillow offers just the right degree of bend while supporting the knees .. in the mornings now I can get out of bed easier and with less pain..
