I recently discovered them and wish I had discovered them sooner because I’ve always struggled with hot flashes and mood swings. My mood has significantly improved and I no longer experience hot flashes. It doesn’t upset my stomach in any way. I’ve not had any negative affects from using them. It is quite helpful it improves my sleep, which helps me stay focused and have more energy.

I’m on my second bottle and I agree pills are easy to swallow with no after taste. I wear a Fitbit and have been tracking my sleep for awhile. Since taking Her Bodhi my sleep score has definitely improved, sleeping better during the night with little wake time. I still toss and turn. As for weight loss haven’t seen any difference. I bought for weight loss but my sleep and night sweats have definitely improved.

I purchased her bodhi because of all the reviews. I had switched from hormone harmony. My hot flashes and night sweats came back and so did my migraines. Doesn’t work for me.
