Very useful tool
I found this journal to be a very useful tool in tracking my happiness level and mood in general. This journal made me so much more aware of how I was feeling and how changing daily habits can change my mood for the better. I would encourage teenagers to follow the processes suggested with the huge rise in poor mental health amongst younger people rising rapidly. Great suggestions for nutrition, sleep, and exercise too.
