Love this brand, love this tea!
I am a big tea drinker so I was gifted this flavor. I tried it once and did not like it so it sat and sat on my shelf. I have so much tea I told myself I could not buy more until I drank more of what I have. Do back this this I went… I gave it another try and… I am SOO glad I did because I love it and it is one of my fav now. This was many years ago now and I still love and drink this tea all the time. It is a constant in my tea rotation, tried and true!In the evening I like a relaxing cup of calm which this is soothing, yummy and relaxing. I love a review when someone has actually used a product for a long time and it still holds up. I can highly suggest both the brand (I have SOO many fav from them and have been drinking there teas fo many many years) and this flavor. Enjoy!

I needed something warm to drink at the end of the day to help me relax and this tea is perfect! Nighty Night Tea is always fresh and smells amazing and comforting. I find that the taste is delicious as is so I don’t have to add any sweetener which was very important to me. I drink this tea every evening before bed and I really think it helps me to ease the stress of the day and fall asleep.

薬を飲むのが嫌でこのシリーズをよく飲んでいます。それぞれ体調に合わせたお茶なので、お腹が張った時にはこれ、便が出ない時はこれ、と症状に合わせています。効果はスバリ！あります。更年期障害に悩まされているので、ハーブティーで気持ちも落ち着きます。ハーブがそんなにキツくはないので、ハーブが苦手でも（わたしは苦手です）比較的大丈夫かと思います。Night Nightの効果ははっきりとはわかりません。眠れる日もあれば、そうでない日もあります。ただ、ルーティンにしているので欠かせません。
