I have been using these probiotic for a few years. I have tried others but these better target my needs. I no longer need to take omeprazole after taking these probiotics.

This is a probiotic that I notice if I do not take it I do not have much movement, when I do take it the movement is a lot! Sometimes to much, Jury is still out if I will keep taking it, it can cause issues if you need to be someplace and can not get out of the bathroom!!!!
