Compact design and weight. Comes pre-charged. Massage is similar to hand massages from a masseuse. Less noise and have used it multiple times so far. Heat assist is also useful. Takes few hours for a full charge. Overall it is a decent product for the price range and can tackle painful and tight knots in neck and shoulder. Easy to use. Happy so far. Thanks.

Worth the price
I must say, my shoulders have been tense and sore for a few weeks now. I have been rubbing on them myself and my hands get rather tired after so long.I have only been using it for about a week now, 1-2 sessions per day, and I already feel much more at ease! the controls are nice, you can slow it down or speed it up, (3 settings) and it actually feels like someone’s hands are on my shoulders! It is a little bulky, so you don’t want to be doing too much during your sessions, but still functional. I have also left it in my computer chair, and being black on black, I don’t always see it right away, and have sat on it a few times LOL. Seems to be pretty durable! I would say overall, it was worth the price.

After charging over 24 hours would only work for a few minutes at a time, had to return it. It is too bad because I really liked it, It felt great. Hoping to find one similar that actually stays on.

Good bang for your buck and then some…
This product is well thought out and does a pretty good job at relieving tension on your neck and traps. It looked right, it seemed like it had potential, gave it a shot and hey, it does what I need it to do! Not less not more. I actually lay down diagonal on a wedge pillow and lay my entire traps/neck body weight and it goes to town. Does not give or stop from the pressure. Motor quality is excellent, digs deep!

I’ve alwayd been skeptical of these massagers as I never thought that they would work well , and having to hold them in place seemed like a chore.I was very pleasantly surprised when I gave these a try. This is perfect for easing the tension from a long day at the desk , and really these are invaluable for helping with neck craning.The heat function works very fast and provides just enough warmth for the added effect. The massagers themselves do a great job of really getting in there and providing an authentic experience. It also comes with different modes and ways to adjust to provide the perfect massage on this hard to manage area.I would definitely recommend anyone giving this a shot , especially if you have neck problems.

It will be your best friend!
I bought this for my husband who had a had broken neck and has much neck pain. He loves this thing! He actually calls it his girlfriend lol. It really feels like a massage, not just a bunch of vibrating. He uses it every night and most mornings after his shower. It really helps loosen the tension in his neck and upper back/shoulder blade area. I’m so glad I could finally find him something that makes him feel at least a little better.
