    Great Self Love Journey
    I’m a high school teacher and this is a great book to work through with students during their home room or advisory classes when I hav a smaller group of students I know better. Perfect for exercises to do with them.

    A wonderful journal to be in the present (and to give as a present)!
    I’ve checked out a few daily journals or self-reflection journals and what I love about this one is how focused it is. Sometimes the daily/self-discovery journals require a lot of time and energy. The time/energy I put into this journal though fits with my schedule and is still so strong. I think that is because of Tanaya’s ability to word things in a way that gets straight to it–while also being beautiful and providing a beautiful design. I gave this book away as a gift to a few people. Some who I know can only take a few minutes to reflect and others who will take more time. Most importantly this journal is truly about self-love! Great feel good exercise!

    Absolutely Amazing work!
    I am an elementary teacher in the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. My students and I have been using Tanaya’s book to explore our feelings, what makes us special, and more about who we are as Indigenous people. Her short prompts are perfect as community building exercises, short journaling exercises, and ways for my students to learn more about themselves. These prompts promote self-love and help my student maintain and have a positive mindset. I would recommend this book to anyone and everyone!
